HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SERVICES

Environmental site assessments/audits including Phase 1 environmental site assessments; Phase II soil/groundwater investigations to characterize contamination from hazardous materials spills, uncontrolled releases, or migrations from off-site sources; Phase III remedial action plans; Phase IV remediation/cleanup activities.

Underground storage tank (UST) services including performing compliance inspections and leak detection; providing oversight of contractor activities in undertaking UST closure/removal, performing soil/water sampling and analysis to confirm spills/leaks, and reporting per Federal, State and local requirements.

Environmental monitoring and compliance during construction including developing/implementing safety and environmental programs; determining the requirements for pre-treatment of effluent water prior to discharge; designing, directing and overseeing the installation of temporary groundwater treatment systems and monitoring effluent discharge to ensure regulatory compliance; performing agency liaison services.
