Computer Modeling Applications including runway overlay design for new or repair construction of runways, taxiways and aprons utilizing a proprietary Computer Runway Design Program (CRDP); aircraft noise modeling utilizing the FAA approved Integrated Noise Model (INM), FAA approved Helicopter Noise Model (HNM) and the U.S. Air Force NOISEMAP for the calculation of noise conditions at airport facilities; simulations of airport runways, taxiways, gates and airspace routes utilizing the FAA's SIMMOD program; air pollution analysis using the Emissions Dispersion Modeling System (EDMS).

Environmental Assessment, Environmental Impact Statement and Noise Compatibility Program development incorporating the evaluations and results of the above technical areas and assessment of impacts due to airport development in accordance with State of Hawaii HRS 343 and Federal NEPA requirements.
